  • This refers to family stability and protecting underage children from abuse. This can include neglect, physical abuse, psychological abuse, and sexual abuse.

• Contempt Proceedings

  • Contempt in a legal sense refers to actions taken that are construed as disrespectful to, or in defiance of, the court of law. It is generally used to control instances of conflict between two parties in the courtroom. Although, it can also refer to actions which would interfere with a fair trial.

• Criminal Defense

  • We understand that no two criminal cases are exactly the same. Therefore, we offer our service to protect you in a criminal law case where competent self-representation is nearly impossible.

• Felony and Misdemeanors

  • That is, we offer services in major and minor criminal acts. These would pertain to instances of petty theft, trespassing, disorderly conduct, arson, murder, grand theft, and other such crimes.

  • Juvenile crime is often a different scenario from adult crime. The emphasis will be more on rehabilitation than it will be on imprisonment. On the other hand, the nature of it is very fluid.
